ThriveMom LLC
Terms of Service
These terms form a binding agreement between you and ThriveMom LLC when you purchase or use any Ship Your App course, material, or service. Please read them before you buy. If you have a question before purchasing, email [email protected] and we will answer it.
The parties
ThriveMom LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a limited liability company that operates Ship Your App, a digital training program at build.thrivemom.app.
You ("student," "customer") are the individual who purchases or accesses our courses. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
What you are purchasing
Ship Your App consists of three tiers, each a digital product delivered online:
- The Playbook: self-paced access to nine milestone modules, ten Founder Assets, and the AI Co-Pilot. Access is lifetime with free updates.
- The Founding Cohort: everything in the Playbook plus a one-on-one kickoff call, four weekly group calls for four weeks, and cohort accountability access.
- The Founding Inner Circle: everything in the Founding Cohort plus the Advanced Track modules, async build review, personal App Store submission review, and a process promise: we continue working with you until you have submitted to the App Store.
All tiers are digital products. No physical goods are shipped. Access begins within one business day of confirmed payment.
Payment and pricing
- Prices are quoted in US dollars and are charged at the time of purchase.
- Founding prices are available for the stated number of seats only. Once those seats are filled, the regular price applies.
- Pay-over-time with Klarna is available at checkout for eligible customers. Klarna's own terms govern that arrangement; the total course price does not change.
- We use Stripe for payment processing. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. We do not store your card number.
Refund policy
We want you to feel confident buying. Here is exactly what we offer:
- The Playbook: full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- The Founding Cohort: full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, or before the first live group session, whichever comes first.
- The Founding Inner Circle: full refund at any time before your first one-on-one call with Heidi. Once that call has taken place, the seat is non-refundable.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order details. We will process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
If you have suggestions on how we can make your experience better, we genuinely want to hear them. Email [email protected] any time.
After the applicable refund window, all sales are final. We do not offer partial refunds for partially completed courses.
Your access and license
When you purchase a tier, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your own learning and app-building purposes. This license does not permit you to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute course content, modules, or assets to any third party.
- Reproduce or republish course materials in any format, including video, audio, written transcripts, or AI training datasets.
- Use the Founder Assets (CLAUDE.md template, BRAND.md template, prompt packs, checklists, etc.) to create a competing product or training program.
- Share login credentials or provide access to anyone not named in your purchase.
The templates and assets included with your purchase are yours to adapt and use within your own app projects. That is exactly what they are for.
No income or results guarantee
We will not promise you income, and we won't pretend this is easy. Ship Your App teaches you a method for building and launching a real app. What you build, whether it succeeds, and what it earns are entirely dependent on your idea, your effort, your app's market, and many factors outside anyone's control.
We make no guarantee of revenue, App Store approval, user growth, or any other outcome. The process promise in the Inner Circle means we will keep working with you until you have submitted your app for review, not that Apple will approve it.
Heidi's story (built solo, ADHD, three kids, about eight weeks) reflects her real experience. It is not a typical result, a minimum result, or a guarantee of what you will achieve. Anyone promising you specific income from an app should be treated with caution.
Intellectual property
All course content, including module text, video recordings, templates, checklists, prompt packs, the AI Co-Pilot configuration, and the Ship Your App name and mark, are the intellectual property of ThriveMom LLC and are protected by copyright.
Your app, your idea, and any code you build with Claude are entirely yours. We make no claim on what you create.
Acceptable use
By enrolling, you agree not to:
- Use course materials to harass, defame, or harm any person.
- Build apps that are deceptive, illegal, or designed to exploit vulnerable users.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with ThriveMom LLC or Ship Your App.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other students' accounts.
We reserve the right to terminate access, without refund, for violations of this section.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThriveMom LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our courses is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant tier in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or App Store rejection, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you in full.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, pricing structure, or applicable law. We will give enrolled students at least 14 days' notice by email before any material change takes effect. Continued use of course materials after that date constitutes acceptance.
For waitlist subscribers and site visitors, the current terms are always at build.thrivemom.app/terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English, with proceedings in Washington State. You waive any right to a class-action proceeding.
Nothing in this section prevents you from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
