Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information ThriveMom LLC collects when you visit build.thrivemom.app, join the waitlist, or purchase a course, how that information is used, and what choices you have. Plain language, no legalese wall.
Who we are

What we collect and why
Information you give us directly
- Waitlist sign-up: your email address and, optionally, your first name. Used to notify you when a new cohort opens and to send one short announcement when founding seats are nearly gone. Nothing else.
- Course enrollment: your name, email address, and payment details, collected at checkout via Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles all payment processing and is PCI-DSS compliant.
- Inner Circle application: your name, email, app idea, and current stage. Used solely to evaluate your application and contact you about the outcome.
- Scholarship application: your name, email, and a brief description of your situation. Used only to evaluate your request and respond to you.
Information collected automatically
- Log data: your IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited, collected by Cloudflare Pages, our hosting provider. Retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes.
- No tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party behavioral tracking. We do not use cookies to identify you across sessions or across sites.
How we use your information
- To send you the communications you signed up for (waitlist emails, cohort announcements).
- To process and fulfill your purchase, including sending you access to course materials.
- To respond to your application, question, or support request.
- To maintain the security and reliability of our services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build a profile for targeting you with ads anywhere.
Third-party services
We use a small number of trusted services to operate this site. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Stripe (stripe.com): payment processing. Stripe stores your billing information under their own PCI-DSS certification. We receive a customer ID and transaction record, not your raw card data.
- MailerLite (mailerlite.com): email delivery for waitlist and cohort communications. Your email address and first name are stored in MailerLite for as long as you remain subscribed.
- GoHighLevel (gohighlevel.com): CRM for lead and contact management, used alongside MailerLite for enrollment communications.
- Supabase (supabase.com): database and authentication backend for enrolled students. Your email, subscription status, and course progress are stored in a Supabase project with row-level security.
- Cloudflare Pages (cloudflare.com): hosting and edge delivery. Cloudflare processes request data in accordance with their privacy policy.
- Klarna (klarna.com): buy-now-pay-later option at Stripe checkout, available for eligible customers. If you choose Klarna, your payment arrangement is governed by Klarna's terms.
Data retention
- Waitlist subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Enrolled students: your account and purchase record are retained for seven years to meet standard business and tax record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
- Application data: retained for 12 months, then deleted, regardless of outcome.
- Server logs: up to 30 days, then purged automatically by Cloudflare.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate.
- Delete your information, subject to any legal retention requirements (for example, purchase records).
- Unsubscribe from any email list at any time, via the link in any email or by contacting us directly.
- Object to any processing you did not consent to.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We will respond within 10 business days.
If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We are a small US-based company and our lawful basis for processing is your consent (waitlist and applications) and the performance of our contract with you (purchases).
Children
This site and our courses are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top and, if you are a current student or waitlist subscriber, send a brief notice by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance.
